How can I make a payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Hair Extensions Online ensures that all payments are secure. We use Paypal for our payments meaning you can pay with all major credit cards or via your PayPal account if you have one

How accurate are the colours of the hair extensions on your website?

Whilst every effort is made to reproduce the appearance of each extension, it is possible that the colours that are displayed have a variance due to photography lighting and your computer monitor set up, these factors may affect how colours are displayed. Please note that variation of colour is not accepted by us to constitute faulty goods and we do not accept responsibility for the cost of returning extensions whose colour is not as portrayed on your computer screen.

When can I expect delivery?

Your item is normally despatched within 2 working days. Upon despatch of your order we will contact you advise you by email that your order has been shipped, so you will know when to expect your order and please bear in mind that our courier will require a signature.

What is the cost for a delivery?

• Mainland UK delivery costs only £3.50 per delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We can deliver all around the world, please contact us with your request and we will be happy to help.

Do you carry all the hair extensions from your website in stock?

Although we try and keep all the extensions in stock, we may be out of stock on a certain colour. If this is the case we would contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated delivery date for your extension – if the item is out of stock normal re-ordering time with our suppliers is 24 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.

What is your returns policy?

All goods purchased can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of our postal date, on the condition that they have not been used and are undamaged in their original packaging. Please email us for return details on admin@pasodayproducts.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Security tags must not be removed for a refund or exchange to be offered.
