Delivery & Returns

We deliver to most countries worldwide, except the USA.

Postage charges within the UK are charged at £3.50 per order.
Next day charges within the UK are charged at £6.50 per order.
Postage charges outside the UK are charged at £8.50 per order.

Please contact us if you would like to enquire about overseas shipping.

Please note, any orders made after 2pm will not be shipped until the following day. 

Therefore any next day delivery orders made after this time, will not be delivered to you the next direct day. 

Refund & Exchange Policy

All goods purchased can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of our postal date, on the condition that they have not been used and are undamaged in their original packaging. Please email us for return details on info@hairextensionsonline.co.uk; this does not affect your statutory rights.

In the case of hair extensions, the security tags must not be removed for a refund or exchange to be offered.

We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the post and will only refund on items received. We therefore suggest that you return any items by recorded delivery.

Should you wish to exchange your purchase, please be sure to enclose product exchange details and the relevant name, address and telephone number.

For items requiring refund or exchange, please be aware that there is a handling charge of £10 to cover postage, administration and payment charges.
